Elder Community
We believe that a strong congregation begins with a deep commitment to biblical eldership (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-16). Our elders are not just a board of directors like in a non-profit organization. Our elder community functions as a group, overseeing the ministries of the church through cooperation and consent. They shepherd the flock of God with care and attention to the mandates of Scriptures (1 Peter 5:1-5).

Team Leaders
The church is served by men and women who are "of good repute, full of the Spirit and of wisdom" (Acts 6:3). The qualifications of these leaders is nearly the same as the elders (1 Timothy 3:8-13). These leaders are appointed by the elders to fulfill specific ministry roles throughout the congregation.

Support Staff
No organization can function without certain support roles. Although often unsung, these volunteers contribute as strongly as any team leader to the successful fulfillment of the Commission of Christ.
